Our acoustic systems are firmly proved themselves amid the funniest parties: from small country gatherings to outdoor karaoke dances. For those who prefer maximum mobility, there are small Bluetooth speakers. Whereas, lovers of spectacular sound and bright lighting choose large and powerful acoustics, the line of which has received an excellent addition in the form of SVEN PS-950. With a weight of 9.2 kg, it produces 160 W of power, which makes it possible to sound even a large outdoor party: thanks to IPX4 splash guard, the speaker is suitable for outdoor use.

At the same time, it can still be called portable: with the help of a special convenient handle, the acoustics can be easily thrown into the trunk of a car, and the embedded battery with a capacity of as much as 8,800 mAh provides up to 22 hours of battery life at medium volume. High-quality tweeters with a diameter of 58 mm (2.5”) are responsible for high-quality reproduction of high frequencies, and large speakers with a diameter of 140 mm (5.5”) are responsible for well-readable mids and spectacular bass. Together they create excellent sound over a wide frequency range from 35 to 20,000 Hz with a boosted bass that can be further emphasized using a special button on the top panel. At the same time, you can control not only the low-frequency range; the embedded equalizer will help you completely adjust the sound to your taste.

In addition to the buttons on the speaker itself, device management can be conducted using a convenient wireless remote control that comes included. All necessary information is shown on a bright and contrasting LED display. Meanwhile, the spectacular RGB lighting of the portable speakers traditionally helps create a festive atmosphere. There is a different lighting mode for any situation, from a romantic dinner to cheerful friendly gatherings with dancing and karaoke. Meanwhile, a bright strobe will help turn any place into a real dance floor.

The main way to connect SVEN PS-950 to sound sources is Bluetooth; there is also supported an option of quickly pairing the speaker with a smartphone using NFC, which can be very useful at friendly parties when many of the guests want to share their favorite tracks. A smartphone or tablet can be conveniently and securely installed in a special stand on the top panel. For those who want to get a noticeable stereo effect and even more volume, it is possible to wirelessly connect two party speakers to a single source.

The developers didn’t forget about the wired connection option — the AUX port on the top panel; the included cable will allow you to do everything quickly and without any problem. At the same time, an external sound source is not a crucial element of a fun holiday with SVEN PS-950. The audio system has an embedded player that can display music files from USB flash and microSD drives. And if you don’t have a music collection at hand, you can rely on radio DJs and use an FM receiver.

If you decide to move from dancing to singing, PS-950 audio system will be useful here too, because it has two microphone inputs. Just connect the microphones, choose an audio recording, then go ahead, start singing karaoke. For a more voluminous voice sound, there is provided an echo effect, the severity of which can be adjusted using a separate control. Once again, we have before us not just portable acoustics, but a mobile audio system with a wide range of functions, and all of that in the best traditions of SVEN Company.
