The problem came into existence because you use speakers in the wrong way. You can find the Operation Manual for speakers at our web-site in the Support section. When the stereo sound is standard, switch on the stereo mode (SURR) at the input and output and connect the input cable to the stereo input – the subwoofer, left and right satellites will sound, other components of the system will not operate, because this speaker system has not the synthesis of 5.1. If stereo signal is provided from a sound card with the 5.1 mode, do not forget to switch on the stereophonic playback mode in the mixer of the card. If you want every component of the system sounds with an ordinary stereo signal, then a synthesizer of 5.1pseudosignal is required (it is available in IHOO speaker system under the name Qsound).

In order to check the amplifier of SS, disconnect all signal cables from its input. Turn on the amplifier and make sure that the alternating-current hum reduced considerably or disappeared in full. If the hum level has not changed, the amplifier has to be repaired. All cables must be inserted in jacks tightly. If any clamps are used in SS, then they must be thoroughly cleaned from isolation and contaminations and fastened tightly, i.e. you must provide the least electric resistance of the system: connector (clamp)-cable. Signal cables must have braided screen at inputs cables and braids are to be grounded, otherwise signal cables will serve as antennas for the interference signal recept and the alternating-current hum. It is more difficult to eliminate the alternating-current hum, if its source is the computer with the sound card. It is necessary to ground the computer according to the national standard – there can be no compromises or unauthorized activity, because the operation safety will depend on the grounding correctness. Warranty period for UPS and AVR is 24 months, for batteries is 6 months from the date of purchase. SVEN Company confirms by the warranty card the absence of any defects in the purchased product and undertakes to provide the free-of-charge repair and substitution of out-of-service elements within the whole warranty period, which is prolonged when the product is in ASC. However, SVEN Company reserves its right to refuse free-of-charge warranty repair in case of failure to follow the terms of warranty set forth below. All terms of warranty are valid within the legislation framework, which provides the protection of consumers' rights.

Terms of warranty:

  1. The warranty is valid with the warranty card correctly and clearly filled only.
  2. The serial number and product model should correspond to the indicated in the warranty card.
  3. The product is deprived of the warranty in case of violation of rules set forth in the User’s Manual, together with:
    1. If there are traces of outside interference (an attempt to repair the item in an unauthorized service center);
    2. If unauthorized changes of the design or circuit of the product have been found (except for the cases specified in the User’s Manual);
    3. If an appliance designed to operate in dome conditions has been used in professional purposes.
  4. The warranty does not apply to the following malfunctions.
    1. Mechanical defects;
